1. Alphacare home collection slots are available from 06:00 a.m. - 08:00 p.m. on all days, for all customers and emergency sample collection is also available 24X7. Once you confirm your booking, a trained Phlebotomists (Sample Collector) will be assigned to visit you on your chosen time and pickup address and for collection of sample. Phlebotomist may also take other vitals if suggested in the pre diagnosis.Company is only providing the ease of booking services for radiology test while the services are provided by the independent or specific diagnostic, radiological or other medical service providers, the customers are required to confirm time slot availability for home collections or for the selected services with the designated independent or specific diagnostic, radiological or other medical service providers.
2. The booking id for a particular booking is valid only during the prescribed date and time slot.
3. Customer is allowed to cancel booking of a chosen time slot at any time prior to sample collection.
4. When a Customer is booking for a time slot from Radiological diagnosis (eg. X-ray, MRI, CT-Scan etc.) at various diagnostic centres or Doctor Consultations final confirmation shall be subject to availability from the designated third party service provider.
5. Alphacare247 and Bank reserves the right, at any time without prior notice to Customers and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it.
6. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
7. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
8. You will also be offered a post report counselling by our Counsellor – Sarthak (8377895404) as a part of the healthcare service offered to you.
